Principal Jay Teitelbaum concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and transactions, with a particular emphasis on creditors' rights, lender representation, corporate bankruptcy, reorganization, and restructuring. He has practiced before state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country. He also has been the lead counsel on petitions filed in the Supreme Court. Jay Teitelbaum is an approved mediator before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In addition to his legal practice, Jay Teitelbaum is an active volunteer in our community as a current member of the Planning Board of the Village of Briarcliff Manor in Westchester County, New York.

Principal Ron Baskin focuses his practice on real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, and financing. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New York and in the state of Florida.
