•b) Potential courses of action, as determined by our review of your loan documents and the public records, including loan workouts, state court assignments for the benefit of creditors and bankruptcy;
•c) Foreclosure matters;
•d) Benefits and burdens of personal bankruptcy;
The cost of such service is $500.00 due at the time of consultation.
